Payer Sources

We accept payments from a variety of payer sources, in addition to insurance. Services may be covered through Self Pay, The Gardiner Scholarship, VPK Specialized Services Voucher, and Vocational Rehabilitation.

Insurances

Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully. All services not covered by insurance will remain as an out of pocket cost for the Responsible Party. We accept the following insurances:

• Aetna
• Cigna
• Sunshine Health Medicaid
• Tricare Select
• We also accept most Employee Assistance Plans (EAP)

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited and case by case basis.

Payment

Cash, Paypal, debit card and all major credit cards are accepted as payment for services.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations and rescheduling. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not notified us within 24 hours, you will be subject to a no show/ late cancellation fee.
