Jharman has over 12 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and mental health diagnoses. She worked as an Exceptional Student Educator for four years then chose to specialize in early intervention to help infants, toddlers and young children in hopes to bring awareness and training to parents so that their impact would be even greater in their child’s overall healthy development.

During her transition to the early intervention population, Jharman received Applied Behavior Analysis training and Infant Mental Health training. She is passionate and dedicated to training families and their children, in their homes, schools and communities, to help children meet milestones in their development.

Jharman understands the significance of positive parent relationships in a child’s life, especially the critical years of birth to 3 years. She has a mission to bring this understanding to many homes so that parents will become their child’s greatest supporter and advocate for healthy child development.
